As well as needing a simple way of presenting themselves online to make it easier for people to find them, the Camden Bus also wanted a new way of viewing property online.
We developed a system that allowed the uploading of a floor plan, that could then be ‘mapped’ to corresponding interior photos of the property. As you roll your mouse over the specific room, the view of that position will be shown as a photograph.
This proved to be a very intuitive way of prospective buyers viewing the full interior of a property, and gave them a better indication of what the property was really like. This saved time in not having to do viewings if people were uncertain about things. It was an honest presentation of the property, making sure it was show ‘as it is’, and not creating the impression of a show home.
